A shuttle bus will collect everyone from Schwedenplatz in Vienna and bring you to Schloss Haggenberg, then take everyone back to Vienna in the late evening.
If you need to arrive at a different time or leave a little earlier, you can take the train from Vienna to Laa an der Thaya and then a short taxi to the castle (or a taxi to Laa an der Thaya and the train back to Vienna).
